I'm Delano Harris, the founder and Chief Innovative Officer (CIO) Chief Innovative Officer of several exciting ventures, from medical practice development to education. Currently, I'm at the helm of HIBC Inc., a dynamic company specializing in business development, administrative consulting, Executive coaching and recruitment.

With over 20 years of experience, I've become one of the leading experts in Multi-Disciplinary Women's Health Practice management, development, and marketing. I've pioneered the Zero Budget Marketing concept, teaching my unique brand of business principles to hundreds of international graduate and post-graduate students for over 13 years.

My global reach spans clients from over 32 countries who have successfully implemented my innovative strategies in marketing, management, and human resources. As a consummate entrepreneur with a passion for teaching, I've created a unique blend of formal education and hands-on practicum that fuels the consulting and executive training at HIBC.
